📋 Description

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple verticals.
• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns (targeting, structure, creative
• Analyze CPL, ROAS, CAC, frequency, attribution, and conversion data to improve results.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, messaging, landing
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, hooks, formats, copy angles, and assets.
• Monitor performance, scale successful campaigns, and improve efficiency and lead quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on Meta Ads campaign management experience.
• Agency or performance marketing background with lead generation focus.
• Proven success with lead gen campaigns and ecommerce campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, optimization workflows.
• Advanced audience targeting: Lookalike, Custom Audiences, interest/behavior targeting.
• Experience with Advantage+ campaigns and Meta AI-powered optimization; attribution knowledge
