Metrology Group Leader

📋 Description

• Lead and support the daily activities of the Metrology team.
• Ensure laboratory instrumentation is maintained, calibrated, qualified, and operating in compliance
• Coordinate team workload, priorities, and resources to meet business, client, and operational
• Support investigations, deviations, non-routine events, and corrective and preventive actions
• Review and approve technical documentation, including procedures, protocols, reports
• Partner with laboratory operations, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, engineering technology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory operations, metrology, instrumentation, calibration
• Experience troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation and documenting investigations, deviations
• Experience authoring or reviewing GxP documentation, including SOPs, protocols, reports
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects while meeting quality
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
