Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty
Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or packages
Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and keep environment safe
Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience as door staff or in receptionist/customer service roles.
Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals.
High School diploma or GED.
Able to obtain Florida D or G license and complete state training requirements.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
