📋 Description

• Lead initiatives supporting progressive legislators at federal, state, and local levels, with a
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with aligned elected officials, particularly state
• Convene regular meetings and collaborative opportunities for elected officials to exchange ideas
• Design and coordinate programming that strengthens alignment and solidarity between elected

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in government, advocacy, politics, or community
• Demonstrated experience working closely with elected officials to develop and advance progressive
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build trust, solidarity, and shared strategy among
• Ability to quickly understand new political contexts, legislative environments, and policy areas.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills in complex and sensitive political situations.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range: USD $64,900–$85,800, with final compensation determined by experience
