Microbiologist

📋 Description

• Performing microbiological tests including aseptic processing of sterility tests in a cleanroom
• Preparing and performing microbiological tests on cosmetics and pharmaceuticals per USP, FDA, and
• Routine Quality Control of laboratory equipment, media, and microorganisms
• Providing accurate test results to customers including Microbial Limits Testing, Limulus amoebocyte
• Recording test results accurately on all documents
• Technical report writing including text, tables, graphs, and diagrams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related life science
• 3-7 years of experience performing microbiological laboratory tests for Pharmaceuticals and
• 3 years of experience with GMP/ISO/USP
• Experience with Bioburden, Limulus amoebocyte lysate (LAL), Sterility for Medical Devices, Off-Site
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment (microscopes, autoclaves, water purification systems, etc.)
