📋 Description

• CSP onboarding, provisioning, billing, and compliance support.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve CSP issues.
• Deep knowledge of Partner Center, CSP rules, and cloud operations.
• Troubleshoot CSP licensing and cloud tech across SaaS platforms.
• Escalate to Microsoft when needed; ensure fast, clear resolutions.
• Proactively share guidance and enable customers to self-serve.

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Partner Center: hands-on navigation.
• CSP program expertise: licensing workflows.
• Azure and/or M365 certifications: AZ-900/AZ-104, etc.
• SQL: connect to databases, write queries, analyze data.
• REST APIs: diagnostics, integrations, automation.
• English fluency; strong written and verbal communication.
• Azure cloud knowledge: experience with Azure technologies.
