📋 Description

• Configure, customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to business requirements
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Design and implement integrations with surrounding systems (e.g., via Dataverse, Power Platform
• Support data migration, testing, deployment and go-live activities
• Provide second- and third-level support, analyze incidents and ensure system stability
• Act as the point of contact between business departments, IT and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse
• Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services)
• Good understanding of business processes in sales / customer service / finance
• Experience in requirements analysis and in working directly with business stakeholders
• Structured, self-driven and solution-oriented working style
