📋 Description

• Partner with clients to translate business objectives into Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and customize Business Central environments to align with workflows.
• Manage and resolve customer tickets with high satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver remediation strategies for ERP performance.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing guidance.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years with Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) in consulting, implementation, or support
• 5+ years delivering ERP customer support in fast-paced client environments.
• Strong expertise configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Dynamics BC.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to scalable ERP solutions.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its BC integration.
• BC certifications strongly preferred.
