10+ years direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (installation, configuration, customization)
5 years as CRM architect
7 years experience with XML and defining WSDL for interfaces
7 years hands-on with SSIS and SSRS
Strong knowledge of .NET framework development practices and OO design
Proven ability to lead complex projects and interact with customers

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in business or information technology
Microsoft CRM Certification for Applications, Installation and Configuration or Customization
