📋 Description

• Define the end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Viva-based employee experience and workforce
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology
• Develop target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Create high-level and detailed solution architecture documents, including conceptual, logical, and
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, governance standards, and compliance
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Microsoft
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Proven track record architecting enterprise-scale employee experience, collaboration, or workforce
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into enterprise architecture and solution
• Deep expertise in architecture frameworks, governance, and technology strategy.
