Microwave Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a microwave instruments and data products team
• Own microwave remote sensing capabilities from design to data products
• Be primary technical contact with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Drive internal capability building and act as Mission Scientist
• Hybrid role; on-site in San Jose, CA three days per week

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Master's in a relevant field plus 5+ years' experience
• Extensive design and hardware engineering of microwave instruments
• Deep DSP implementation knowledge for microwave instruments
• Familiarity with generating data products from microwave remote sensing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Microwave systems leadership, programmatics, and customer experience
