📋 Description

  • Develop acquisition strategies and comprehensive planning aligned with government requirements and
  • Prepare solicitations, evaluation plans, and source selection documentation.
  • Conduct cost and price analyses, including price reasonableness and allowability.
  • Support contract negotiations and contract award activities.
  • Draft and review D&Fs, MOUs, IAAs, acquisition plans, and other docs.
  • Analyze procurement risks and mitigation strategies; support policy, compliance, and audits.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least six years of relevant acquisition experience.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with acquisition planning, solicitation development, evaluation, negotiation, and
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to convey regulatory matters clearly.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a government environment.
