Write highly concurrent, efficient code, minimizing latency and maximizing throughput.
Collaborate with your Engineering Manager and cross-functional peers to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Actively participate in code reviews, maintaining high standards for quality and security.
Take ownership of production code by monitoring health, troubleshooting live issues, and incident resolution workflows.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years backend software engineering.
Proficiency in Java or Go.
Cloud deployment experience (GCP or AWS).
Docker and Kubernetes experience.
Familiar with CI/CD principles/tools.
Open to AI-assisted development tools.
