Mid-Level DevOps Engineer - HTS Data Derivation

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for HTS data ingestion/transformation.
• Design and maintain cloud infra for data processing in AWS GovCloud.
• Collaborate with architect to manage cloud infra for data processing, storage, and LLM tooling.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and logging for pipeline health.
• Implement automated testing and validation for data pipelines.
• Promote IaC, version control, and automation; document procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS or Engineering.
• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Python, Bash, or PowerShell proficiency.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Terraform or similar IaC.
• Data/ML pipelines with reproducibility and lineage.
