🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience shipping production-quality features across the stack
• Ability to learn complex domains and translate them into simple UX
• Clean, tested, readable code and thoughtful collaboration
• Curious about equity, financial workflows, and their real-world impact
• Eager to grow technical judgement through code reviews, pairing, and architecture discussions
