📋 Description

• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for backend applications developed with Java, Spring, and

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience in application support, production troubleshooting, or maintenance of backend systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience analyzing application logs, monitoring system behavior, and investigating performance
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, such as New Relic.
