Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Maintain and support internal IT services and infrastructure.
Contribute to the migration and evolution of existing services.
Participate in AWS migration activities.
Work across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
Contribute to activities involving Docker and DevOps environments.

🎯 Requirements

3 to 5 years of professional experience in System Engineering, IT Infrastructure or a similar
Experience with Level 2 / Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting.
Good general knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Knowledge of macOS environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
Basic knowledge of Docker and DevOps environments, including GitLab and CI/CD.
