📋 Description

• Own and drive the full sales cycle across your Mid-Market territory, from prospecting and discovery
• Proactively generate and develop a healthy pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts
• Drive Discovery to deeply understand each customer’s goals, challenges, and ways of working, then
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers, balancing
• Own your territory like a business, developing thoughtful territory and account plans, prioritizing

🎯 Requirements

• You've got 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B Sales experience with a strong track record in net-new
• Your prospecting skills are strong — you know how to effectively and consistently self-source deals
• You’re experienced working fast-moving velocity deals and longer, more strategic sales cycles with
• You know how to navigate complexity — bringing the right people to the table, cutting through
• You're a confident communicator who builds credibility with execs and leads meetings and
• You thrive in a high-performance collaborative environment and bring the curiosity, adaptability
