Mid/Senior ITOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and optimize core IT and collaboration platforms (SaaS).
• Manage devices, OS configs, and security-compliant policies.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows to provision/deprovision access.
• Manage IAM, RBAC, and regular access reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues in permissions, cloud environments, and networks.
• Support rollout and adoption of new IT platforms and security processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting cloud IT environments, SaaS platforms, Google Workspace.
• Hands-on IAM and cloud access configurations experience.
• Understanding cloud networking concepts, including VNETs, permissions, routing, and security.
• Troubleshooting tech issues using a structured, methodical approach.
• Strong communication to explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize requests for key teams.
