Mid/Senior ITOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and optimize core IT and collaboration platforms (SaaS).
• Manage company devices, OS configurations, and security policy compliance.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows; provisioning/deprovisioning of access.
• Manage identity and access (IAM, RBAC) and access reviews.
• Troubleshoot permissions, cloud environments, networking, and internal systems.
• Support rollout and adoption of new IT platforms, tools, and security processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting cloud IT environments, SaaS platforms, and Google Workspace.
• IAM and cloud access configuration hands-on.
• Cloud networking concepts: VNet, permissions, routing, security.
• Structured, methodical troubleshooting.
• Clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Service-oriented: prioritize business-critical requests.
• Independent worker; ownership and improvements.
• IaC tooling experience (Terraform) and cloud-native security.
