📋 Description

• Identify, map, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates across major technology hubs worldwide
• Leverage AI agents, sourcing platforms, technical communities, and unconventional channels to

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on technology recruitment.
• Previous experience working within a startup or scale-up, ideally in a fast-paced and high-growth
• Demonstrated global sourcing experience, with exposure to recruiting talent across regions such as
• Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools and
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English.
