📋 Description

• Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
• Identify and connect with candidates who aren't actively applying through thoughtful outreach and
• Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, using tools from AI agents to niche
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Thrive in a high-trust environment where empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
