🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Thrives in a high-trust environment where empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact
