Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Europe)

📋 Description

• Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies
• Smart Sourcing: Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents and
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• World-Class Candidate Experience: Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Interviews and Screenings: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural
• Hiring Operations: Work with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
