📋 Description

• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to final close, ensuring a world-class candidate
• Conduct structured interviews and screenings to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Map, source, and engage elite global talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through thoughtful
• Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents, niche technical
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Collaborate with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience: track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Thrive in a high-trust environment, empowered to learn and improve processes.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
