🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Operations.
10+ years in a related field at management level; VP level preferred.
Strategic thinker with vision-to-action ability; strong written and verbal communication.
Product knowledge.
Distribution experience.
MSS Product; ERP experience (Eclipse, Solar) preferred.
