Mid vMix Operator

📋 Description

• Operate vMix in real time during live shows, matches, and interviews
• Execute cuts, transitions, overlays, VTs, and lower-thirds per rundown
• Manage inputs, camera sources, graphics, and media assets
• Ensure quality control and stable audio/video throughout broadcasts
• Collaborate with producers, design, and tech teams; support remote guests
• Develop skills and assist senior operators in complex productions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Audiovisual Production, Broadcasting, or related fields
• Prior experience operating vMix or similar live production software
• Experience in live broadcasts (TV, streaming, sports, or events)
• Intermediate knowledge of vMix (switching, overlays, transitions, audio)
• Familiarity with NDI, RTMP, SRT, and remote contribution workflows
• Understanding of video/audio formats, codecs, and technical standards
• Clear communication with production, editorial, and technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
