📋 Description

• Identify and assess legal risks related to consumer protection, data privacy, and IP across key
• Provide practical legal advice and solutions that protect SKELAR’s interests while supporting
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams on day-to-day legal and
• Support the development and implementation of compliance processes, policies, and internal
• Assist businesses with regulatory inquiries, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and help translate them into clear, practical

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a top-tier law firm, Big 4, product or tech company.
• Law degree from a Ukrainian or foreign university.
• Fluent English.
• Practical experience in compliance, commercial, privacy, consumer protection, or other relevant
• Ability to identify legal risks and provide clear, practical, business-oriented advice.
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and explaining complex legal matters in a simple
