📋 Description

• Create short-form video ads for performance marketing campaigns based on briefs, references, and
• Create animations using typography, UI elements, graphics, product assets, and other visual
• Adapt and iterate creatives for different concepts, formats, audiences, and placements.
• Independently handle standard creative production tasks.
• Work closely with Creative Marketing Managers and other Motion Designers.
• Implement feedback and continuously improve the quality and speed of your work.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–18 months of commercial experience as a Motion Designer, with a solid portfolio.
• Confident in Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of composition, typography, color, and animation principles.
• Ability to work with briefs and references.
• Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative production environment.
