Develop and ship marketing integrations: attribution, analytics, CRM/ESP pipelines
Create technical designs for product epics and decompose into tasks
Participate in grooming, sprint planning, estimations
Run investigations and tech research: API limits, edge cases
Address tech debt and improve reliability and observability

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of commercial backend development
2.5+ years with Node.js (TypeScript)
PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
SOA / microservices: inter-service communication
REST APIs: auth, rate limits, retries, webhooks
Async processing with BullMQ, RabbitMQ or Kafka
