Support and lead various aspects of the sports program under the Head Coach.
Prepare and maintain training equipment and facilities.
Assist with recruitment of students for the program.
Monitor and evaluate team performance.
Maintain records of students, training sessions, games, performance statistics, and equipment.
Facilitate and supervise training sessions and individual workouts.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of one year of coaching experience with middle and/or high school students.
Possess a valid Ohio Department of Education Pupil Activity Permit.
Complete all required Health and Safety training and certifications to be eligible to coach in Ohio.
