📋 Description

  • Inclusion Intervention Specialists in K-12 schools in Ohio play a critical role in supporting
  • Implement IEPs and design/execute instructional strategies aligned with Ohio standards.
  • Provide direct intervention for students in general and special ed settings.
  • Differentiate instruction and modify curriculum to meet learning needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to co-plan and co-teach lessons.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams and ensure inclusive practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or willingness to pursue (3 pathways)
  • Prior teaching experience preferred
  • Experience with IEPs, progress monitoring, and data collection
  • Experience using SameGoal to create special education documents
  • Excellent written and oral communication, flexible and collaborative
