Middle School: Lead Teacher - Greater Boston (2027-2028)

📋 Description

• Lead a class independently, co-teach, or provide short- or long-term coverage as needed
• Ensure all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment
• Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging unit and daily lessons using provided curricula
• Create and align lesson plans, unit plans, rubrics, and assessments when applicable
• Set ambitious growth goals with students and leverage resources to meet them

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• Deep alignment with KIPP MA's mission and values
• Demonstrated ability to drive student growth and achievement
• Passion for subject/content area and commitment to professional learning

🎁 Benefits

• Minimum base salary $55,000 to $89,500 (per 1.0 FTE)
