📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the Middle Years curriculum, creating
• Develop assessment frameworks that measure both academic achievement and social-emotional growth.
• Define and maintain consistent standards for program delivery across all education centres. Ensure
• Identify, evaluate, and manage online education providers responsible for core academic subjects.
• Partner with education centre directors and education leadership to support effective program
• Serve as the program's subject-matter expert, collaborating with teams across education, product

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of demonstrated experience designing, developing, and successfully implementing
• Extensive experience designing and delivering engaging project-based learning experiences, ideally
• Strong understanding of the academic, social, emotional, and developmental needs of middle years
• Proven experience selecting and managing online education providers and implementing educational
• Experience improving teaching and learning at scale, establishing consistent standards, and
• Ability to design meaningful assessment strategies, interpret learner data, monitor academic
