📋 Description

• Take briefs and find an angle to make them interesting
• Contribute concepts in brainstorms and reviews
• Design across formats: social, internal comms, presentations, assets
• Partner with copywriters, art directors, and designers in a small team
• Take direction well, iterate fast, and know when a first idea isn't right
• Bring craft and polish to work that could be forgettable

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or in-house team
• Think in ideas first, execution second
• Strong, varied portfolio across formats
• Comfortable working fast, taking feedback, and pivoting
• Enjoy being part of a team, not the lead
• Good eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
