📋 Description

• Establish, manage, and improve a MiFID II/WAG 2018 compliance framework.
• Draft, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and controls.
• Serve as SME on MiFID II/WAG 2018 for internal teams.
• Prepare clear reports on compliance topics for senior management.
• Oversee complaints handling per regulatory requirements.
• Monitor European regulatory developments and update frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Legal background: University degree in Law and qualification as a legal professional.
• At least 5 years in a compliance dept at an investment/finance firm.
• Policy drafting and deployment in compliance.
• Deep MiFID II/WAG 2018 regulatory knowledge.
• Proven track record establishing MiFID II/WAG 2018 frameworks.
• Leadership communication: experience presenting to senior management.
• Process oversight: knowledge of complaints handling and regulatory needs.
• Languages: German and English fluency.
