Mission Control Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor live fleet dashboards, telemetry, and systems for anomalies.
• Escalate safety risks and non-nominal events per procedures.
• Coordinate real-time ops to maintain fleet continuity.
• Dispatch field resources and track field activity updates.
• Document incidents and maintain logs during active events.
• Facilitate cross-functional updates among Mission Control, RVA, Safety, Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Operations, Logistics, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 1–4+ years in operations support, dispatch, or logistics.
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple systems and prioritize tasks in real time.
