📋 Description

• Prepare and run the reporting cadence: progress reports, milestone reviews and steering meetings
• Write clear reports with a strong reporting structure that enable fast decision making; track
• Forecast and keep track of budget, schedule and deliverables versus plan
• Support risk management, contingency planning and timely escalation of new risks or changed
• Responsible for communication and progress reporting to sponsors / customers, PMO and product
• Responsible for defining and tracking goals and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent education
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience from working in a position with sales and/or program and project
• Experience from building and leading multidisciplinary project teams
• High level understanding of the product development process
• Structured by nature
• Comfortable performing in an entrepreneurial environment
