8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, PM, or complex deployments.
Experience shipping automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems.
Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Full ownership mindset in ambiguous, fast-changing settings.
Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS security/compliance.
