📋 Description

• Own customer outcomes within strategic accounts; embed for long-term agency success
• Design, build, and ship tools on Axon's platform onsite (AI agents, workflows, data tools)
• Operate across deployment, adoption, and optimization to prove mission outcomes
• Maintain onsite presence and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services
• Translate agency problems into compliant, buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes
• Drive responsible innovation with CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity guardrails

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments
• Experience across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders in mission-critical settings
• Full ownership mentality in fast-changing environments; able to navigate competing priorities
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards
