Mission Integration Engineer (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Lead all phases of development from proposal to flight and mission execution.
• Ensure on-time deliverables; translate mission requirements into criteria and verification plans.
• Interface with customers to define interface requirements, test plans, and mission design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams for end-to-end mission success.
• Support all program phases and educate customers on designs and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• 1+ years in product design, development, integration, or test (internships count).
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3+ years PM experience with US government, NASA, or spacecraft entities.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Previous spacecraft mission design, development, integration, and/or test experience.
