📋 Description

  • Understand Defense Unicorns products and capabilities (UDS, Fleet, Zarf)
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable work items and delivery plans
  • Coordinate execution across engineering teams to deliver outcomes
  • Manage backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking
  • Work with Army stakeholders to understand objectives and communicate progress
  • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

  • Kubernetes in production environments (Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or OpenShift)
  • Helm for packaging and deploying containerized applications
  • GitOps workflows and IaC tools (Terraform, OpenTofu)
  • Hybrid cloud architectures with networking, RBAC, and storage for cloud/on-prem clusters
  • DevSecOps/DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or GitHub)
  • Experience with Army/DoD software organizations
