• Serves as a Mission Manager for the Navy Domain.
• Collaborates with Navy Tech Leads to set a technical roadmap with Mission Heroes.
• Aligns product roadmap to the technical roadmap and mission dates.
• Facilitates feedback from Delivery to Product on OSS projects and services.
• Aligns Delivery roadmap with Product roadmaps and best practices.
• Balances priorities to deliver scalable mission value.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship and active SECRET clearance
• Translate pain points to root cause problems for value delivery
• Proficient in DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, and User-Centered Design
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Skilled in expectation management across personas
• Experience delivering software for Mission Success in DoD/tech
• Able to explain architectural decisions to stakeholders clearly
