• Lead and manage a team of Solution Leaders and Mission Support Specialists delivering Virtualitics
• Serve as the Delivery Operations Manager for a capability area or customer portfolio, owning
• Drive portfolio-level strategy by aligning customer objectives to product roadmaps, identifying
• Oversee stage-gate delivery processes (IOC/FOC) and OKR-based health scoring to ensure consistent
• Provide executive-level reporting to senior customer leadership, C-Suite stakeholders, and internal
• Build and scale high-performing delivery teams by hiring, coaching, and developing Solution Leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in defense, intelligence, or federal technology
• 5+ years in a people-management role leading delivery, program management, or customer success teams
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of concurrent programs or accounts, not just single-project
• Track record of building and scaling teams that deliver results in high-stakes, operationally
• Strong executive communication skills, comfortable briefing general officers, SES-level civilians
