Mission Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections for readiness.
• AV boot-up, startup, shutdown procedures; calibration support.
• Communicate, resolve, or escalate vehicle issues per SOPs.
• Perform Platform Safety Checks (PSC) on AVs.
• Manage vehicle charging schedules to optimize operations.
• Shuttle vehicles between locations to support upkeep.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum of five years driving experience.
• Clean driving record for past 3 years; no DUIs for past 10 years.
• Must pass in-house driving course/examination.
• Basic working knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
