📋 Description

• Serve as the embedded, forward-deployed Virtualitics representative at a customer site, owning the
• Own the operational capability at your assigned location as the technical expert responsible for
• Act as the customer advocate within Virtualitics by representing the customer's needs, escalating
• Deliver hands-on training and enablement as the subject matter expert for customer mission
• Coordinate on-site technical operations with Virtualitics data science and AI teams (both on-site
• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and ground truth; as the most forward-deployed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in or directly supporting Department of War operations
• Demonstrated technical aptitude, comfortable with data platforms, analytics tools, and translating
• Experience operating autonomously in demanding environments with minimal supervision; this role
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering results in high-performing teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you will engage daily with end users, senior
• Ability to work onsite at a customer location full-time or in a hybrid arrangement
