• Efficient and timely processing of customer samples
• Ensuring good information exchange between team members and other departments
• Training new employees, scheduling and disciplinary leadership of team members

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in team leadership and motivation, ideally in a comparable position
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early shift from 6 a.m., second shift until max. 10 p.m.)
• Accustomed to working under time pressure and remaining calm in stressful situations
• Organizational skills, ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively, sound
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good German skills in written and spoken form
