ML Architect

📋 Description

• Set technical direction for GenAI and agentic systems end-to-end; establish standards for
• Hands-on building foundation-model and embedding workflows; use Python on Google Cloud Vertex AI
• Design for latency, reliability, cost, and scale; apply MLOps to reach production.
• Architect and operate agentic workflows for multi-step reasoning at scale; prevent cascading
• Advise clients and shape deals; act as the technical authority in pre-sales.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for AI-augmented engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in software/AI/ML engineering with production AI systems.
• Proven technical leadership; architecture ownership across engagements/teams.
• Experience deploying GenAI/agentic products to production; programmatic impact.
• Experience with classic ML; foundation-model or novel-model work is a plus.
• Senior client-facing experience translating technical complexity into business value.
