ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, train, evaluate, and ship ML systems for governance and security.
• Build data pipelines, feature stores, model serving, and evaluation harnesses.
• Make pragmatic build-vs-buy calls using frontier models and managed services.
• Set technical direction; own architecture, evaluation, and model lifecycle.
• Help recruit, mentor, and shape the Intelligence team.
• This role may require participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation for the Agentic Platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of deep ML/AI with production systems.
• 4+ years of backend/infrastructure engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Built ML systems: data pipelines, serving, evaluation, monitoring.
• Experience with LLM-based systems in production.
• Familiarity with the agent/MCP ecosystem; collaborative spirit.
