ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Research and develop ML models for interpreting complete CT studies at the study level
• Explore foundation-model approaches for medical imaging at large scale
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images with radiology terminology and reporting
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points
• Design independent experiments from hypothesis to production readiness
• Collaborate with ML and software teams to deploy research into robust systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern ML/deep learning using PyTorch
• Deep understanding of architectures, objectives, optimization, and training strategies
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate toward better models
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact
